However, we don’t agree with that particular point of view, as we don’t believe that anything that helps you progress can or should be considered a failure. In that sense, it’s understandable that it sounds like a failure, albeit a temporary one, for aspiring surfers and laypeople alike. It may happen all the time, but it does happen more frequently when you’re trying to take on bigger, better, and sometimes bitter challenges. ![]() ![]() A surfing wipeout is simply falling from the board due to the force of the wave. ![]()
